FACOP is a foundation that offers professional training courses focused on the cleaning sector, facilities and specialized services, among other activities. Thus, it promotes access to the labor market and occupational health.

To provide its educational services, that is, with the specific purpose of executing the contract celebrated with the student (art. 7º, V, of the Law nº 13.709/2018 – General Law of Personal Data Protection – LGPD), FACOP cannot fail to treat some personal data, informed through an electronic form at the moment of registration. They are: name, CPF, RG, date of birth, e-mail and mobile number. These data may also be processed by sales agents of the courses, for this exclusive purpose and under FACOP control.

In addition, FACOP may contact students and former students, through e-mails or messages in smartphone applications, to send news related to the professional universe, job opportunities, and/or offer related services. For this purpose, in addition to the above information, FACOP also handles the following information: city, state, employment status (employee or unemployed) and, in case of employee, the name of the employer. By following up the registration, you express your consent with these actions, without prejudice of eventual revocation or exercise of the other rights foreseen in art. 18 of LGPD.

Thus, personal data will be stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless another reason arises to keep them, under the terms of LGPD, as a legal or regulatory obligation.
