Do courses have certificates?
Yes. To receive the certificate, you must attend the video classes, carry out the evaluations and obtain a performance above 70%. The certificate will then be generated automatically.
How do I take a course?
You must access the learning environment with the login and password you received, enter the course you signed up for, watch the video lessons and perform the assessments. That way, if you get a result higher than 7.0, your certificate will be generated automatically.
What is the methodology used in the courses?
The methodology was developed especially for the profile of facilities workers and cleanliness and conservation workers, with demonstrative video classes that combine theory and practice and important guidance on behavioral aspects.
How long after I finish the course do I receive the certificate?
The certificate is generated immediately after the conclusion of the course and with a result above 70% of success in the evaluations.
What if I take a course and still have doubts?

Can I take the course at any time?
Yes, the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for any maintenance needs that will be previously communicated.
I forgot my login and password; how do I access the course?

How long is my access available to take a course?
Your login and password will be valid for 1 year, so take your courses within that period.
I bought a course, but I didn't receive the login and password, how to proceed?

I failed the course evaluation and did not get the certificate. Can I try again?
Yes, you can watch the video classes and take the assessment again, until you are successful and obtain your certificate.
Is the UC Facop certificate recognized by the MEC?
No, UC Facop has no link with the Ministry of Education (MEC) because it teaches elective and professional courses.
