Food Service Professional
The Food Service Professional course deals with contents related to the business sector. The modules teach students how to work with the routines of the product room, good practices in the handling and hygiene of food, in addition to service according to each environment and behavioral aspect, which show the conduct and posture expected with customers. The student learns, above all, the working techniques safely. The certification is 5 hours.
